44th Celebration

National Day was spent with Chen Chong, Kim Chuan, Oliver, Weiseng, Pizzas, Hut's platter, and White Chocolate Mocha. Initial plan was to see the fireworks, but kudos to all those 'patriotic foreigners', we can't see shit. So as usual we roamed around like The Kings of Leon, and enjoyed making racist comments and mocking the Government.

Then we acted like David (from Electrico) in Funan IT Mall; picture 5 retards (mostly me la) walking slowly from street to street, then running crazily in Funan IT (aka Marina Barrage), finally grabbing the broom near the toilet (aka 'the mic') and started singing, 'What do you see?... See the moon and the stars...' Hahaha Epic Fail!

Anyways if you didn't see that Music Video you won't get it.

Okay moving on.. spent the rest of the night at mph, Raffles City. We (I) can't stop our mockeries and silly acts, so here you go,

Heading back to Marina Square wanting to chill, but we warmed the seats at StarBucks instead. Then we felt thirsty, so we went 7-11 to buy drinks and chilled outside. While chilling we realised we were acting 'Shafiq & Atiqah', so we left and took a train home. As I was walking to the MRT station, I felt 'something' was moving in an irregular motion. It was this Indian Hippie Girl, she shuffled her way through the reds and the whites; all the way from CityLink to CityHall MRT man!

Hmmm... it's a crazy world out there.

Happy 1 month-sary!

Woo~ It has been a month since I update; Scarecrow is all dusty. But come to think of it, there isn't much to blog about recently. Everyday wake up, go work, come back eat dinner, sleep. This life-cycle will be coming to an end 1 week later, I smell holidays! I hope I really make full use of this 2 months, like TO THE MAXXXXXXXXXXXX! <: (familiar eh)

Anyways, my department had National Day potluck ytd. I felt heartwarming seeing my colleagues so cohesively bonded; they are like 1 big family man, laugh laugh joke joke, then serve each other food, wah that feeling just cannot use words to describe (and notice how I use the word 'just', it's an new era so dig that!). Of course I didn't have much bonding with them (I'm an intern right), I sat in 1 corner eating quietly.

- I think I found the perfect words to describe my personality, so I shall take actions to prove it -

Narrow-mindedness

Obscene? Embarrassing? Why?

Time flashes, IPP's halved. My life's a routine, and a carousel of ups and downs. I've planned a lot of things; both practical and random, I wrote them down with paper and pen; but none came true. YET!

Friday night at Town was a bitch, friends gathered but I'm not involved, couldn't even hail a cab when I want it. How many times you actually see me WANTING to take a cab, Willingly? So walked from Orchard to Somerset back to Orchard then to Newton, tadah~ a cab! People thought I'm a rich kid in sharp suit walking back to my Condo near Fareast.

Then Saturday was 'Transformers 2' day. I'm impressed by the film when the credits were rolling, not that much now. I think I'm really gay, I'm slightly into Megan Fox. You know when a guy is into another guy... not very right

Soundtracks of the movie:
New Divide by Linkin Park - Are they still Nu-Metal? They sounded Pop-ish to me. The song's catchy, so definitely a must-have for AhBengs then they can blast it using their HP. (I'm sure you can picture it)

21 guns by Green Day - Pretty much their vibe, though some say it's not 'Green Day' to them. I prefer this song actually, yeah!

Random thought's back! : when people said something;anything, do they really mean it?

My tribute to The King of Pop

While others are paying their tributes on FB, I would like to take this opportunity to show off my talent, Not. I would like to pay my tribute using another manner.

Pardon me, for my sloppy playing; my crappy rig (if those can be called a rig), it's 1am in the morning, I practised for like 10minutes? before the take. The vocals I played at the end is transcribed through ears, might be wrong... so haters if you wanna post harsh comments or 'advices', please to it via Email (yourtongue_90@hotmail.com), don't spam on the tagboard, very malu.

Anyways, I played the Fall Out Boy version; they covered it in the 'Folie a deux' album. Eddie Van Halen (the guitarist who played this song, if you don't know him you're a loser! Hah just kiddin'), he played it in a different scale, a higher 1 I suppose, since M.J had a higher vocal line compared to Patrick Stump. Heh

Me no play Eddie Van Halen, cause my high E string (I need it for the 'tapping shit') snapped long time ago and I thought I would never touch my guitar anymore, hence didn't bother to go change them. Actually the main reason is obvious; my inability to shred.

Ok, enough explanation and self-defence. Let's just sit back and enjoy this awesome dude playing 'Beat It'.

'beat it~ beat it~ no one wants to be defeated'

Is it telepathy or just plain coincidence?

Just when I'm craving for Lemon-cream biscuits, my mum bought it!

Quick update: Work is fine... sometimes; Table Tennis has officially became an interest of mine; Self-control is totally screwed! I can't wait for BayBeats 2009!

Disgusted by humans' behaviour, I shall be a pig next life; at least its orgasm can last 30minutes. Bang!
